Harry works with Gard Property as an Analyst, supporting the team across research, analysis and transaction processes. He has three years of experience in the commercial property industry and is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at QUT. Harry brings a diverse background, having previously studied architecture and business management while also gaining experience in commercial property research, analysis and operations across multiple sectors. This breadth of experience enables him to provide valuable support across the business. Known for his attention to detail, positive approach and strong problem-solving ability, Harry plays an important role supporting the team’s research, analysis and transaction processes and is an integral part of the Gard Property team, with a strong future in commercial real estate.

Simon holds a dual degree in Property Economics and Business (Accounting), providing him with a strong analytical and financial foundation that underpins his work in commercial real estate. Being directly involved in a breadth of commercial transactions across Brisbane’s inner-city and fringe markets - Simon’s experience spans multiple asset classes including office, retail and development site assets. Taking an analytical approach to agency, Simon works closely with clients to deliver tailored strategies that maximise outcomes. His grounded approach, combined with an eye for detail ensures that every transaction is managed with precision and professionalism. Simon is committed to building lasting client relationships based on trust, transparency and benchmark results.
